HMB, or beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate, is a metabolite of Leucine, one of the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).

HMB is 20x stronger than Leucine as it takes 20g of Leucine to produce just 1g of potent HMB.

Serving Size: 3 g (5 Caps)

Consume 1 serve (5 caps) per day as required or as recommended by your health care provider. HMB is a bitter tasting powder, so it is encapsulated to avoid taste. Do not exceed more than 1 serve in a 24 hour period.

Although HMB has no added gluten, dairy or soy containing ingredients, it is manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn, and fish. We advise individuals with medical conditions, are on medication or have severe allergies or sensitivities to consult their healthcare provider prior to use.
