Inositol is a naturally occurring carbohydrate found in a variety of foods. It plays a role in supporting normal cognitive function and contributes to normal glucose metabolism in healthy individuals.

Our Inositol provides a precise 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro Inositol.

Consume 2 - 4 servings per day before food, before bed or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Mix 1 scoop (1000 mg) in 250 - 350ml of water, or add a scoop to your amino, protein, adrenal or superfood drink.

Do not exceed more than 4 serves per day.

Although Inositol has no added gluten, dairy or soy containing ingredients, it is manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish.
