Griffonia seed contains naturally high levels of 5-htp (5-hydroxytryptophan) which is an amino acid our body naturally produces from the essential amino acid L-tryptophan.

Each serve contains 99 mg of 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-htp).

Serving Size: 450 mg (1 Capsule)

Consume 1 serve daily or as recommended by your health care provider.

Do not exceed more than 1 serve daily.
